Welcome to https://www.unbridledseries.com/ (the "Site"), the official online presence for the UNBRIDLED series project (the "Project"). The Site is owned and operated by the producers of UNBRIDLED (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

1. Access and Use Restrictions All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, descriptions, scripts, series bible excerpts, pitch materials, images, logos, and any other information (collectively, "Content"), is provided solely for private, professional review purposes (e.g., by producers, agents, financiers, or industry professionals evaluating the Project).

You may view the Content only for personal, non-commercial evaluation of the Project. You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any Content.

  • Using the Content for any public display, commercial purpose, or unauthorized development (e.g., similar projects, fan works, or competing media).

  • Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of Content.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or producer communications.

2. Intellectual Property All Content on the Site is the exclusive property of the producers of UNBRIDLED and is protected by United States copyright laws, trade secret laws, and other intellectual property rights. The Project materials are registered with the Writers Guild of America West (WGAW #2294266). No rights, licenses, or permissions (express or implied) are granted to you beyond the limited viewing rights described above. Unauthorized use, disclosure, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

3. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability The Site and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your access to or use of the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed $100.

4. User Conduct You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
